Marbling Card 2

Hi Friends

I love making cards and over the past few days I have been enjoying playing with supplies and making cards :) Also, before I go on let me tell you that I am having a crafty giveaway which is open to anyone (international folks are most welcome) you can find all the details here -- I'd be super thrilled if you play along :) the prize will be a 25 USD gift certificate to any store you like.

Now onto the card, this is an A2 size side folding card.

I have used the nail polish marbling technique here with red, pink and grey metallic nail polishes and then die cut the marbled paper with 2 tag dies. The sentiments are stamped from the W & W - Wishing You with Evelin T Designs Stamp set. For added interest, 3 flower sequins were added using glossy accents along with a strip of white cardstock and white dots were made using a gel pen.

Supplies Used:

1. Iris white cardstock and purple cardstock 250 gsm

2. Winnie & Walter- Wishing You with Evelin T Designs Stamp set
3. Old Nail Polishes for nail polish marbling
4. Flower Sequins
5. Glossy Accents
6. Tag Collection dies by Sizzix
7. Elizabeth craft tags die flourish 4
8. Uniball Signo White Gel Pen
9. Baker's Twine
10. Double Sided foam tape
11. Ranger's Archival Jet Black Ink

I am playing along with the following challenges:

The Gossip Column with Taheerah Atchia No. - Marble (I have used nail polish marbling here)

Three Challenge with Shay (There are 3 flower sequins and 3 white dots all over)
Off the Page with Keren (The marbled tag and twine are off the page)
Sequin Challenge with Kate (3 flower sequins have been used to embellish the card)
Bright Colours Challenge with Lydia (bright shimmery reds and pinks are used for the marbling and purple is the card base)
Mooodboard Challenge with Heather P. (I was inspired by the pink flowers and have included reds and pinks along with flowers in the form of sequins)

Here are a couple of pictures of the finished card:--
